What the current owners say:
“Jiniwin Road is a quiet road, just off City way, it is easily accessible to the nearby major link roads, M2/A2, M20 and only a few minutes into Maidstone. Ebbsfleet Station and Bluewater shopping centre are only a 20-minute drive. Our daughter attends Rochester Girls Grammar which is literarily 5 mins in the car and approx. 20min walk, in addition to our driveway for 4 cars there is plenty of off-road parking available when you have friends or guests around.
We moved here 30 years ago from City Way, a mid-terraced property, only built 4 years prior we instantly fell in love with the property. The house was well-presented, spacious and in an ideal location for our children's schools and my wife's place of work.
One year after moving in we added a double-storey extension, it made the house into a very large family home, which we have enjoyed with the family.
Having lived in Rochester all our lives we have always felt that this part of Rochester was very pleasant, it is a quiet neighbourhood where most residents keep to themselves but are always polite when you meet them. Over the 30 years we have never encountered any problems and it has always been a joy to live in this area.
We are proud of most of this house, we keep it well maintained and over the years have made small but elegant changes, the bathrooms have been updated and we regularly redecorate, the living space is exceptional a large room which flows into another.
After 30 years we feel it is time to move on, our boys have moved out and now we feel it's time for our last move.
We hope the future occupiers can be as happy as we have been for many years to come”
